房間非常滿意，攜程上提前定的酒店，價格合適。入住當天前台提前聯繫確認房間，因火車九點半才到，房間一直給留着，並給升級成商務大床房，房間留了水果。早餐也非常豐盛。

沒想到車站附近的國有酒店，環境設施這麼好！以前天天路過，竟然都沒注意到。離車站衹有50米，簡直不要太近。

房間乾淨衞生，地裏環境好，距火車站🚉近在咫尺，距汽車🚙站也僅僅有100米左右，去濟南西站，濟南東站有公交車直達，退房還有伴手禮，服務態度很好，服務良好！

帶娃到濟南看演唱會，一出火車站隔壁就是，非常方便，服務非常好，還有歡迎水果，前台小姐姐一直送到房間，還講解了網絡和其他設施，房間乾淨衞生，好評

第一次去濟南，入住了濟南鐵道大酒店（濟南火車站店），酒店的位置非常好，下了火車就進了酒店。一進酒店的大門就有一種回到了家的感覺，前台的客服人員非常熱情，服務態度很好，特別是服務管家小劉服務態度很熱情，對每一位客人都是百問不煩，熱情周到，客人有事情都能及時溝通，及時解決，我們非常滿意，以後我們會推薦給我們大連的朋友都上你們的酒店。
