環境：離西站近，安靜。 服務：很好。 設施：整潔，設施齊全。

酒店位置很好，已經是第三次入住啦，步行五分鐘就到高鐵站，實在是太方便啦

The elevator is elegant and decent when entering the floor. Especially the room entrance has the visual sense of Rosewood Hotel. The room surprised me a little bit. It is spacious and bright. The bathroom is also well-detailed. And the bed! I have some requirements for the bed. Their bed, sheets, and pillows are comparable to or even better than the five-star and resort hotels I stayed in before. 2️⃣About convenience: Because I only stayed in Jinan for one night, it was convenient to be close to the high-speed rail station, so I booked this hotel. It is really very close. Turn left at the hotel entrance and you will reach Jinan West. It only takes three or four minutes to get to the departure station. It is very convenient. 3️⃣About service: First of all, I would like to thank the staff in the hotel very much... I went to Qingzhou Museum early this morning. It was not convenient to bring my luggage with me, so I checked out and left my luggage at the hotel concierge. I want to go back. I went to the hotel to pick up my luggage and then took the high-speed train back. However, due to my personal visit, I missed the ample time for the train. There were only 17 minutes left to arrive at Jinan West. According to the original plan, it was not enough time to transfer. I contacted the hotel on the return high-speed train and hoped that they could send my luggage to the security check in advance to help me save time to transfer to the next train. I didn't expect the hotel staff to actively cooperate to help me send my luggage. I was worried that there was not enough time to transfer. They said they would buy a ticket to check my luggage and send it to me. I was very moved. Finally, with the active cooperation of both parties, I got my luggage and got on the train smoothly! ! ! 4️⃣About feelings: So I came here to write a small essay as soon as I got on the train. I was very moved... When you go out, there are always unexpected situations... So there was this little episode.
