I stayed at the Royal Blue Horizon Hotel Jinan again. The location of the hotel is superior and the transportation is convenient. The surrounding dining is rich. The hotel room is spacious and bright, with a strong Chinese style, chic decoration and very warm. Next time I come to Jinan, I will choose to stay.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, all intelligent temperature control, super warm, the room butler is polite, the front desk service is warm, and the fruit plate and a lot of mineral water are also sent. Location was great, close to all tourist spots. The only problem we had was the aircon. It was very hot in the hotel but we were not able to adjust down the temperature.

The staff at the door and in the lobby were fantastic. They upgraded our room. big, comfortable. breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the top floor was great. parking in the basement was a bit tricky tho.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.
