Jinan Hotels with Wi-Fi

Because the platform company is in Jinan, Shandong, I stayed at the nearby Ramada Hotel. This was my second stay and my experience was as good as my first stay. Both the stay environment and the attitude of the staff were good. I would like to express my special thanks to the pretty girl at the front desk, Wang Xin, for her great help when I needed a room for Xu Bantian, and for recommending this hotel to everyone.

Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete. I understand that this hotel has been in business for a long time, but the facilities are not all outdated and still meet the high five-star standards. Service: There should be a concierge at the door. The service is very good, especially Dalila who checked in. She is very patient and will solve the problem step by step. She always helps solve the problem with a smile. Her enthusiasm makes me feel good about the hotel. Hygiene: Personally, I think the hotel's hygiene should be good. I saw someone wiping the luggage trolley in the morning. They were doing these details at a time when most people couldn't see them. I believe other aspects will put my mind at ease. Next time I stay, I will still make it my first choice. I will also highly recommend this Sheraton hotel to my friends.

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

After an unfortunate incident of being given the wrong room, twice, we were given a free room upgrade (from deluxe to executive) and free access to both the executive lounge for dinner and the buffet for breakfast. The room was of a very high standard, with very high quality consumables in both the minibar and the bathroom. Views of the city, from everywhere, in the hotel are amazing! The food at the executive lounge was restrained in quantity but made up by its quality. The buffet breakfast was expansive and of the same high quality!

Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

Location was great, close to all tourist spots. The only problem we had was the aircon. It was very hot in the hotel but we were not able to adjust down the temperature.

The staff at the door and in the lobby were fantastic. They upgraded our room. big, comfortable. breakfast in the revolving restaurant on the top floor was great. parking in the basement was a bit tricky tho.

10-15 mins from the airport. The hotel is very clean and has an open setting. The food service is excellent. Staff is friendly and food is really good. Had dinner and breakfast there. They have a good chef :). Will definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and we will be back again. Excellent location, right on the canal and a few minutes walk to Kuanhouli snack street. Close to all the main tourist attractions in the city centre. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Service is excellent - quick check-in, friendly and efficient front desk staff. Even the cleaners were friendly and offered us a bottle of water as we left! Breakfast has a good selection. Recommend this hotel for business or leisure in Jinan!

The room is clean and tidy. The service attitude is very good. The transportation is convenient. It is very close to major shopping malls and scenic spots in the city. It has a wide view and large glass windows. The stay is very comfortable. The indoor space is large and the hot water is sufficient.
