Hotels in Jinan with Swimming Pools

Because the platform company is in Jinan, Shandong, I stayed at the nearby Ramada Hotel. This was my second stay and my experience was as good as my first stay. Both the stay environment and the attitude of the staff were good. I would like to express my special thanks to the pretty girl at the front desk, Wang Xin, for her great help when I needed a room for Xu Bantian, and for recommending this hotel to everyone.

Facilities: The hardware facilities are complete. I understand that this hotel has been in business for a long time, but the facilities are not all outdated and still meet the high five-star standards. Service: There should be a concierge at the door. The service is very good, especially Dalila who checked in. She is very patient and will solve the problem step by step. She always helps solve the problem with a smile. Her enthusiasm makes me feel good about the hotel. Hygiene: Personally, I think the hotel's hygiene should be good. I saw someone wiping the luggage trolley in the morning. They were doing these details at a time when most people couldn't see them. I believe other aspects will put my mind at ease. Next time I stay, I will still make it my first choice. I will also highly recommend this Sheraton hotel to my friends.

Concerige not able to help us to book for premium taxi ride as we're unable to book for due to 4 persons and many luggages. As a result, they can only book for 2 normal taxi which is more costly.

AMAZING HOTEL! More than my expectations. Brilliant accommodation. With 200RMB more you can enjoy a late checkout, exceptional breakfast for two with variety of western and Chinese food and drinks, from 14:00-16:30pm you can enjoy the afternoon tea with fruit and very delicious small tuna croissant and Happy hour from 18:00-20:00pm with wine and many alcohol drinks and super delicious food. Highly recommend this hotel definitely worth the money! If I have chance I will visit it again. The view from 70th floor is SPEECHLESS insane. God is good.

The location of the hotel is great. We went in April during Covid-19 restrictions, so the hotel was nearly empty maybe because of that the room was very cheap. The room was clean and the service staff was good can’t say the same about the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable 2 days stay.

Good hotel. Staff were brilliant, helpful and kind. The room was comfy. breakfast was good. waiters always ready to assist with a smile. However, the building was tricky to navigate, especially the underground parking area. not many rooms or lounges with any view. seemed a bit claustrophobic.

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the views was so spectacular, room so spacious and I really loved the rotating restaurant. However there was a little bit of language barrier with the room service personnels but many thanks to the lady Hannah who works there .Her English is so fluent , she is very welcoming, polite and professional.

From the security guard who patiently guided us to park the car as soon as we entered the door, to the very caring lady at the front desk who helped us arrange the room, to the thoughtful and enthusiastic service from the cleaning lady, it was all 👍🏻! Environment: The environment is good, you can see the attached picture. The beauty of winter is very artistic. It will be more beautiful if you wait until spring comes and the flowers bloom! Hygiene: The room is clean and hygienic, with no peculiar smell. good! Facilities: The facilities are very thoughtful. In addition to the common facilities, there are microwaves, induction cookers, large refrigerators, washing machines, bars, etc. I also took a bath in the evening😊 Breakfast buffet: The breakfast was very rich, and my wife and children enjoyed it very much. However, it is recommended to go early, as there are many people going to eat and there will be queues during peak hours!

I came to Jinan on the weekend and originally booked an Intercontinental for two days. I checked out early and changed here because the service was not good. The front desk also upgraded the room type for free. The room is great👍🏻The overall service is very good, and it is close to the business district. It is convenient for eating and shopping, and the transportation is convenient. Recommended

This time, I brought the team to stay at Joy East again, and the feeling is still the same. Having stayed in too many domestic and foreign hotels, it is very difficult for Jinan to be able to make a hotel like Joy East and still maintain its character and vitality under the long-term impact of the epidemic. Of course I will stay again next time I travel to Jinan
