Very helpful & kind hotel staff. Despite a lack of English they always did their best to assist me getting taxis, etc. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Fresh fruit delivered to the room every afternoon free of extra charges. Good location for the main attractions, a range of restaurants, & neighbourhood/community shops & services. I enjoyed my time there. The sole drawback is only two guest lifts, so, at certain times of the day, it takes a little while to summon the lift & it becomes crowded.

The following only represents my personal feelings ~ First let’s talk about the geographical location: the transportation is very convenient. It is close to famous scenic spots such as Daming Lake and Baotu Spring, which can be reached within 10 minutes by foot and bicycle. The remaining commercial streets such as Wanda Plaza, Plaza 66, and Ginza are not far away. It can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. The nearby subway and bus stations are also very close~ Regarding my feelings after staying here these days: hygiene is in place in a timely manner, and the ladies do it once a day, and they do it cleanly. All service staff were very nice, polite and enthusiastic, and even gave small gifts when checking out. Your daily needs will be delivered immediately within 2 minutes after calling the front desk. The sleeping environment is also very good. Once the curtains are drawn and the windows are closed, you are really isolated from the world. There is also a gym and reading area on the first floor, and laundry is also very convenient. Overall, this experience was comfortable and comfortable. I will choose Atour next time.

I made a temporary reservation to stay in Jinan for one night when I returned to Tianjin from Jining. I chose Novotel and checked in at the hotel. The guy at the front desk saw that I had two children and upgraded us to a guest king room. The room was bigger and the bed was great. Bigger, very comfortable to sleep in, very clean, and all the staff have great service attitude. There are many people during holidays and dining peaks. The restaurant manager is not idle and has been busy replenishing meals. Oh, by the way, they are also given as gifts when checking in. Got the late night snack coupon, it was great, I will choose Novotel next time
