Overall the experience was good. Place was clean and comfy. Good to have air con in all rooms including living room but the filter needs to be cleaned as it was quite smelly whenever air con is ON.

Unfortunately, due to Covid19 travel restrictions in place at the time of our booking, our group was not able to travel. We contacted LeSki Club to advise of the restrictions and to ask what our options were. The manager offered no sympathy and was very quick to advise that this booking was "non refundable". She was not willing to offer a credit for a date in the future or a refund for at least some of the money paid - the total package for the weeks accommodation was just under $6,000.00. Communication was short and to the point with no compassion or empathy offered and to date I have had no response to an email sent outlining our concerns. Overall the service has been terrible and our first holiday experience, which was supposed to be a fun time, has been ruined.

Great position. Small. Limited seating for family apartment. Heating adequate in living and bedroom areas. Bathroom freezing. Some microwave cooking vessels would be helpful. Basic tv, only free to air tv available. Internet available but not for tv. Could not connect chromecast (possibly due to router settings) so no online tv available.

Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, my friends and I were not able to travel to Leski Club. However when trying to communicate with them, they declined all requests and ignored my message I sent. This resulted me to call them in order to sort this situation out, however the customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady was completely rude and told me that it was none of my business but hers to decide what would happen to my booking. I’m disappointed at how unfair the hotel has dealt with this at such a difficult time. I actually would give 0 stars for this terrible service I have received. Would not recommend to anyone.

Due to Covid restrictions, I am not able to travel and I have lost all the money for the booking. Leski Club only response is "Our cancellation policy applies to all reservations under all circumstances. The reservation is nonrefundable and unchangeable." It is absolutely disgusting to see businesses making money from people's misfortune and ruining holiday dreams. I have tried to contact them many times to find a compromise but they have not responded to any of my requests. Just appalling. If nothing else, you can be supporting by not booking with them!
