"Review may have been more positive had this not happened. I left an expensive pair of pajama pants at the hotel. I called the reception within 48-72 asking for the lost and found. I knew exactly where the pants were left. I was told they don’t have lost and found and they probably threw out the pants. They were clean, unworn, brand new pants. Just disappointed that they throw away valuable personal items of their guests. I followed up by email to be told (I quote): “I will check with the girl who cleaned the room and she what she did with them..............” I have had no communication since. The night of our stay there was a huge University group staying so it was very loud. Probably not an ideal place for families. Otherwise felt like it was value for money especially with breakfast included."

"Absolutely loved our stay. We stayed in a Superior 2 bedroom cabin with Fireplace, cabin #90 and it was perfect, couldn’t fault it. Everything was brand new and very modern, full kitchen, great sized bathroom with a full shower (with great water pressure!) and a cozy fireplace. Our cabin was in the bottom corner of the park, below the tennis courts and we had a fantastic view straight out across the lake. The park is in a great spot, right on the lake, across from the turnoff to Thredbo and a few minutes drive into town. There’s also a Thai restaurant right outside the entrance to the park which we highly recommend, lovely service and so delicious. We did a day trip one day to Thredbo which was about a 30 min drive, and a day trip to Charlotte Pass which was about the same. We visited in the first week of October and there was still snow on the mountain at Thredbo and at Charlotte Pass. We will 100% be back!"

"The room was spacious. The balcony had a beautiful view. It's a half-hour drive from the ski resort. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs. The laundry room only had one washing machine and one dryer. The dryer was quite dusty. On the first day, no one cleaned my room. On the second and third days, they only changed my towels and emptied the trash; nothing else was done. The front desk staff were very helpful."
