民宿在傣族園內中心位置（曼春滿村），房間在一樓，設施一般，周邊環境不錯，有許多東西北大叔大媽長租過冬，每天下午2場潑水和民族節目表演挺好看的，

房東很直爽，怕我們下着雨拉着行李箱不好進園，特意到車站來接我們。房間比較大，設施很齊全，步行到潑水廣場不遠。

沒有專業服務員，房間衞生條件差，所訂房間有一間裏面設施不全，廁所有蜘蛛網，到達當天到處是灰塵。有房客高聲喧嘩，老闆娘也不制止，態度也不好，嚴重影響其他人休息。
