Being right on the Lancang River, you get amazing, wide-open river views with plenty of natural light. The facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and everything is clean! The hotel's breakfast restaurant also offers river views, and the breakfast spread is rich and varied. The front desk service is warm and attentive; they even gave us a welcome gift, which was a lovely touch! I sincerely recommend this place."

"Location I rated 2 stars, with other reasons it is actually located strategic place, whereby everything is within walking distance it is centre of the city However is in a alley where all electric motorcycles heavily over parked. Didi grab or if you drive ur own you may not be able to access, unless you wan to remove all those motor one bye one which my driver did I really appreciate that. Hotel staff wouldn’t help you to remove the motors and didn’t even help you to carry luggages eventhough there is a step to go up for the hotel entrance. There is only one lift so is very trouble some. As i mentioned hard to get didi to go to the entrance, the staff only suggestion is walk out to the main road, trust me they won’t help you to carry single piece of luggage 😅j"

It's tranquil yet exotic. The staff were attentive and professional. There are also plenty of activities for kids, and the breakfast was quite good. Plus, it's conveniently located. The hotel's travel photography service was fantastic! The Dai traditional outfits and makeup were exquisite, and the photographer was excellent at finding the best spots, resulting in many great shots. Definitely worth checking out!"

I recently stayed at Lushan Xishang Banshan Hotel during my trip to Xishuangbanna, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They took excellent care of me, washing my clothes, tidying up my room every day, and providing me with the cleanest, most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. My room had a fantastic hot tub, and I loved soaking in it while watching the scenic views of the city. The bright lights from the buildings lit up the skyline at night, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind. The breakfast was also fantastic — a great way to start each day with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the late check-out, which really made my departure stress-free. A huge part of my experience was the driver the hotel recommended for me. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he also became like a brother to me. He genuinely cared about my safety and helped interpret for me at the markets, which was a huge help. We spent the day visiting great restaurants and shopping spots, and his joy and enthusiasm made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. He also took me to some famous religious landmarks, where I got to experience the local culture and history in a way I never would have without his guidance. His kindness and attention to detail made my trip feel even more special. This amazing service was all arranged by the hotel, and I’m so grateful for their recommendation. They really made sure I had everything I needed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. "The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, but first-time visitors should pay attention to navigation, as it's easy to confuse it with the nearby 'Phoenix Valley.' It's advisable to confirm with the hotel beforehand. The room isn't huge, definitely not 50-60 square meters. The highlight is the private courtyard, and the private hot spring within it is the real standout (you need to ask staff to turn it on). Soaking in it is wonderfully warm and relaxing. The hotel also has peacocks, adding a nice touch of nature. My only minor complaint is seeing some peacocks tethered, which limited their movement and felt a bit sad to witness."

The pool is very picturesque, and in the evening, you can enjoy the stunning night view of the Great Pagoda. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a very peaceful atmosphere. The room facilities are brand new, they deliver fresh fruit daily, and there's even a free airport pickup, which really takes the stress out of travel."
