房間獨棟 整體空間很大。院子裏也有泳池孩子很開心 位置也很友好 去熱門景點打車都很方便。工作人員的服務態度都很好。酒店是沒有管家式服務的 但是Martin讓我感受到了管家式服務 我是很滿意的 下次去版納我覺得我還是會選文化

酒店環境和位置都很不錯，距離景區很近，尤其服務非常貼心，特別感謝Yuri和Derek的細緻關心 送蚊蟲水，咖啡，水，安排還熱心解答問題，讓原本很累的行程，在回到酒店的那一刻有了一分舒適和安逸！

推薦入住泳池別墅，一個小的院子裏有泳池，非常適合情侶或者家庭出遊。房間很大。小冰箱裏的各種飲料非常齊全都是免費的還有小吃送的水果也都非常好。前台辦理入住時候還有下午茶吃，老撾咖啡非常好喝，小餅乾也超級好吃。從房間到主樓有點距離但是有接駁車接送。酒店裡有個小山可以爬山頂景色很好還有寶寶樂園。早餐種類繁多而且都很好吃。這家酒店的烘焙師特別好，做的各種蛋糕都很好吃。我們是連住3晚送了酒吧的券。前台的工作人員小姐姐也非常熱情加了微信有很多事情都麻煩她給安排妥當了。

謝謝Loong xu的小禮物，這四天三晚過得很快，版納的東南亞特色和熱帶雨林在文華里體現的淋漓盡致，我們是二樓的泳池房型，很安靜，風景很好，小車響應速度也很快，住在文華就擁有了私家雨林的感覺，可以摘茶摘火龍果，星空營地可以盪鞦韆，這個天氣晚上在酒店裡散步真的很舒服，泳池很乾凈，洗澡水很大，門口迎賓的孔雀每天上班都很敬業，總體來講是很好的入住體驗！
