地段沒的説，安全不用擔心，保潔大姐也非常勤快，打掃也不錯，三層小樓，沒電梯，一層可以洗衣服，屋子的設施非常老舊，廁所反味非常嚴重，刷牙洗臉給薰的鼻炎都犯了，後來聯繫平台提前退房了，去之前平台提前了15天定的房子花了5300，房價便宜，之後房價越臨近過年越貴，平時300的都長到900，其實沒那麼多人住，不用擔心，可以來了以後，跟住宿老闆砍價，因為這新蓋了，很多民宿，住不過來，平台訂房一口氣定了14天的，下訂單前沒有截圖每天對應的房價，以至於後來提前七天退房，給退的錢，都是按照平均價給退的，平台很黑，至少坑了一千，推薦四輪代步車80一天一定要租，告莊裡告莊周邊30公里以內，交通就靠擺渡車，充電在告莊麥當勞青桔電動車裡頭有電莊，晚上6～11點不能充，其他時間隨便充，地方很大，還有大潤發對面的王府廣場有充電莊，推薦在告莊住，溜達着多找幾家民宿問問價，別被**了

都挺好就是保潔真的太吵了 每次不敲門就直接刷總卡進來問你要不要打掃衞生真的很不注重私隱 還有酒店沒有超時離店一個小時多少錢的説發 而是超過一個半小時我們想住到3點 詢問多少錢表示一百我説不住了她説沒辦法這個點了 版納很好玩 但是不可能再來了 每天上一當噹噹不一樣

臟、亂、差，這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。我基本不評價，這家真的是差到極致了。重點是臟，浴巾有血跡，還有其他人的頭髮。枕頭、床上有頭髮，還有蟑螂、螞蟻，晚上樓板隔層里老鼠跑來跑去。酒店在路邊，很吵，樓下唱歌的、餐館，到半夜三點後才會安靜一點，餐館油煙味很濃，旁邊樓施工，更是臟亂差。真不應該提前訂房，以後要吸取教訓，訂房前一定要看看差評，差評都是真實評價呀。這家酒店真的是太差了，不推薦入住。

隔壁裝修，噪音很大；設備老舊，電視系統老化，空調噪音很大。收費昂貴，關鍵!半夜被天花板上面的老鼠給吵醒了，就這樣的簡陋環境，怎麼好意思要求12點必須退款的。
