沒熱水，問老闆説是太陽能熱水用完了，讓我們用燒水壺燒水一。無語死了。床很爛，是用一面像牆紙一樣的東西貼在床上的。因為特惠房不能退，但是價格也不便宜，還不如住到版納周邊去，忍着住了三天，這輩子再也不想住這樣的酒店了。原來是看評論和圖片才選擇的，真是坑死了，親戚一起住的也是叫苦連天。時間到立馬換酒店

真心沒有半點好的酒店，説有免費停車衹有門口三個，被停滿衹能在晚10點到早八點停路邊！純欺詐！衞生管理奇差無比被子和毛巾像是用過的還有能摳掉的污漬，房間用電衹有一個小電插排！非常不安全！隔音很差！對面房間聊的什麼天都能聽的一清二楚，住過最差的性價比最低的酒店沒有之一
