這是我在西雙版納住的非常滿意的酒店，管家Rena的服務非常周到細緻，房間的整潔乾淨。對提出的需求從不推脱，總是想辦法滿足。管家在他們可行的情況幫我們升級了房問，以免中途換房而造成我們的麻煩，非常感謝，退房時遇到漂亮的sheya小姐姐給小朋友送了玩偶，我家小朋友特別開心

酒店環境很好，適合帶小朋友。管家李秀芬很負責。酒店活動非常多，非遺手工體驗、小丑表演、傣舞、篝火晚會、游泳，不出酒店就可以玩很久。酒店贈送了安漫旅拍，服裝很漂亮，大熱天小朋友也拍的很開心。攝影師和客服小姐姐都非常耐心，推薦！

住了三天，酒店比民宿好，酒店裡有孔雀，管家李秀芬服務細緻周到，我們晚上的飛機，給我們延遲到了下午四點，回覆消息歷及時，我們掉了一張房卡也及時安排送到！

旅遊回京已經好多天了，工作忙剛剛想起要為我入住的這家酒店做個評價，方便大家來做為出行入住的參考，這家酒店設施比較齊全，環境不錯，
衞生條件還好，方便親子游，最主要的是服務特別的好，為我們接待的一位叫Zoe的小姐姐很貼心很熱情，在入住的前一天及時和我們溝通，知道是全家親子游還特意為我們升級了房間，入住時還送了果盤，旅拍服務，退房時還送了伴手禮等，整體感受很滿意，是一家值得選擇的優質酒店

入住整體都很滿意，酒店的服務很不錯，帶着小孩子又是行李又是推車的，還好禮賓工作人員幫忙送到房間，退房的時候還幫搬到車上。Marion經理入住期間對我們幫助很多，房間的安排，用餐的推薦和幫忙安排的座位，很棒！推薦帶小孩子的可以入住這家酒店體驗一下。

必須全五分 這次來西雙版納最滿意的就是這個酒店了 首先酒店很寬敞 停車位多 停車方便 其次環境很好 各種小活動很多 女朋友對送的旅拍也很滿意 下午茶也不錯 最主要的是前台Zoe小李的服務真太好了 之前也體驗過好多鉑鑽或者金鑽的酒店 雖然管家也都不錯 但是沒小李有温度 各種方方面面都能照顧到 提的對房間的要求全能滿足 每天送歡迎水果 早晨問好 對了 還給升了個房 必須好評 最後姓馬的經理也很認真負責 好評！
