房間比較大，衞生還算乾淨的，離潑水廣場很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，早餐我們趕行程沒吃到，房間裏有冰箱，也有免費的水

房間舒適安靜整潔，入住送水果，A棟有電梯。離潑水廣場很近！出門左轉就是江邊夜市很熱鬧！右轉馬路過去有個大潤發超市，超市裡麪也有個葯房。聽説門口有個冰櫃 每天可以自取兩瓶飲料，不過服務員未告知，缺乏主動服務意識，這點需要改進……

一、服務態度極差，房卡丟了要付費可以理解，但是一張成本幾塊的卡收100一張，可想而知這家酒店的宰客水準有多高，服務和設施有多差，前台還揚言，我們這就是這個價，雖然你們代表不了西雙版納，但是西雙版納我不會再來；
二、晚上潑水節玩到凌晨回去，早上八點服務員就在房間外開着很大的對講機，直接被吵醒；
三、早餐質量很差，一兩百的漢庭都不如，很難想象這是賣700多的房間。

雖然小但是很好的酒店。大家都很親切。前台和打掃衞生的人，還有忙碌的食堂，大家都在認真工作。沒有人玩手機很棒!但是，再多一點笑容的話，食堂就會變得更舒服吧。這次雖然發生了一點問題，但都是小事。謝謝大家。
