We had a pleasant stay, but had to ask for our room to be cleaned one day. The pool is nice but could be much cleaner. For the price, it’s not bad.

We had a little trouble finding the hotel since the whole street is under construction and I find whole city not to be convenient for using taxis. Once we found it everything was much better. Staff was friendly and helped us with checking in and even took our things to the room. Room was clean and tidy. Everything was as on photos. Vicky Wang was especially helpful with all we asked. She ordered things for us, answered every question and even communicated with us on wechat to help at any time. Amazing effort. Swimming pool was also great and breakfast was nice. All in all, this hotel is a great place for families!

Was quite nice and clean, stuff were helpful and it was close to the big Buddha temple.

This was a nice place to stay and relax. There is some construction around the neighbourhood so in a few months I’m sure this will be a more happening place. Although it was super easy to get to the night market. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well- thank you! You must wear a swim cap in the pool but they do sell them for 10¥. I would stay again here.

Pleasant hotel with a nice pool. No all-day restaurant available (only breakfast) and surrounding area doesn't offer much options, but it's easy to get around by car or taxi. Overall nice hotel for a relaxing holiday.

The hotel was fine. The quality of the breakfast good. The big issue is that it was not clean at all. The room was super dirty. Even the swimming pool was dirty.

It’s the best hotel I have stayed at in Yunnan. Very clean, new and a lot of space. I was very positive surprised.

It’s ok. Nothing more, nothing less! A bit far away from the city and when we’ve been there there have been some construction noise. Anyway, the room was lovely and the terrace was nice.

Location: A bit far from Gaozhuang. If you like quietness, you can choose this area. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. There is an underground parking lot Environment: The hotel is apartment-style, with a balcony for drying clothes, and a swimming pool for children to play in the water Hygiene: Unsatisfactory, there is a smell when you first arrive in the room, the kitchen and restaurant area is very greasy, the floor is sticky, and there is a puddle of water. The bathroom smells like vomiting after drinking, which is disgusting. I wanted to change the room, but I couldn't change it because the room was full. After contacting the front desk to come and clean it again, it has been improved. Service: There are many people during the Chinese New Year, and the service is very average. When I checked in, the front desk didn't tell me that the room was in Building 2. The whole family dragged their luggage to Building 1 and couldn't open the door for a long time. Facilities: It is very convenient to have a washing machine, and there is also a drying rack on the balcony. However, the slippers are really too low, and the holes are broken when you wear them lightly. The soles of the feet are quite thin. It is recommended that the store replace them. A small improvement will make a big difference in the experience.

The worst hotel, especially the service is extremely poor. I called for cleaning all day, but no one came to clean it from morning to night. In the morning, I said that the dirty room should be cleaned first, and the extended stay would be later. In the afternoon, it was said that there were not enough people. It was late, and no one came to clean it at night, and no one cared about the complaints.

Overall it’s okay. The room looks like a big hotel-style apartment, but it’s hygienic (the quilt and the bathroom are wet, it should have just been cleaned) but the experience is not good. I don’t know why the check-out time is the same as the check-in time. I went to check in at about 2:30 and I don’t know the result. Why can't the front desk find my information and then say that they saw other people checking in and checking out during the order making period? The front desk is also helping others, so I'm very upset. Obviously I came first because I sat on a chair and waited. Can you help the people who come to jump in the queue? The swimming pool is still under maintenance for the past few days, but I can’t go in. The only thing worthy of praise is that the breakfast is very good, delicious, and the variety is enough. The restaurant, especially the row facing the street, has a foreign feeling.
