We went on a May Day family tour. We arrived at the train station at noon. They outsourced the pick-up service and dropped us off at the intersection. We had to find a hotel by ourselves. We were old and young, dragging our luggage. It was a mess, but fortunately it was not far away. It was a homestay when we arrived. It might have been cleaned at the time. The whole elevator was full of garbage and stinking. The overall hygiene was average. It was not as clean and dust-free as a regular hotel. The family room we stayed in had a balcony and the table was covered with dust!!! One morning, the car was occupied by other tourists from the same hotel. We couldn't find anyone for a long time. Later, the boss came and negotiated to solve the problem diligently. He also communicated with the car rental company to delay the use of the car. What was annoying was that the front desk said that it would only delay us for half an hour. The service experience was poor.
