小區有許多民宿，是個別墅區，這個民宿地處幽靜，旁邊就是一條景觀河，還有泳池，房間很nice，智能化控制，房間很寬敞

在別墅小區比較靠裏的位置，小區入住率不高，建議打車進出，晚上到處靜悄悄的夾雜着幾聲狗叫。
有個小小的户外泳池，水質還可以，不知道是不是有斜陽頂的原因，五一的水也很涼，遊一會兒出來凍的打哆嗦。
服務還可以，我們第二天七點多趕火車來不及吃早餐，酒店給準備了麪包牛奶。
幾個待改進的地方：
1枕頭背面有污漬。
2二樓走廊盡頭能看到外面的遮陽蓬，晚上的時候真的會被嚇到。
3隔音不好，二樓房間能清晰的聽到其他住客在走廊聊天的聲音和上樓的聲音。
4智能化燈光控制不是很實用，或者是我不會用。孩子睡了我想把房間燈關了衹開洗手間的燈，結果衹能用小度操作。然後我出門洗衣服，回來一開門房間燈又全亮了……

位置交通:
在金源別墅區裏面，很安靜的一個區域。如果你是嚮往景洪星光夜市的喧鬧和繁華的話，那麼這裏不會是一個好選擇。
但就是因為之前看了攻略，希望有個安靜的區域可以好好休息，所以遠離了景洪市中心。但其實説到交通，如果租車或者打車去景洪市區，15-20分鐘也就到了。
房間景觀:
我的房間窗外是一條河，樹和綠植都在，唯一的
bug是，早晨很早很早公雞 就開始打鳴了
我相信不是所有房間都這樣，但住了兩天這個算是很突兀的一個缺點。
房間設施:
很好。特別是衞生間，寬大，淋浴和洗手枱都 設計很科學，洗手枱兩個，同時使用也不沖突，吹風機都是戴森的，很下本~細節到位
早餐:
早餐按份供應，能量足夠，可以選米線一套還可以選粥饅頭包子什麼的一套，反正都嘗過，都不錯，發現這邊的米線怎麼做都好吃😋
公共設施:
有很多中式風格裝飾，包括像茶台，和二層客房走廊處擺設，都很有古典感覺。看不到很多客人（除了吃飯時候，家庭遊居多）也看不到服務員，連退房都是我們房卡放在就走了，讓我們感覺真像這間豪宅的主人😉

房間寬敞，全屋智能，乾淨衞生，工作人員熱情周到，前台妹子人美心善。就是第二晚有個很*******，凌晨影劇聲音開很大，還在和另一個***視頻，聲音咋咋呼呼。如果不是怕影響早上行程，真的想在版納上一次分，教訓一下這個麻惹法克兒。

酒店位於別墅區裏，是一棟別墅做的民宿酒店，周圍空氣質量很好，很安靜，非常適合對睡眠質量要求高的人。房間裝修很大氣，衞生間設施很新，床很大，床品乾淨，整個房間沒有一點異味；有一台小冰箱，小度智能也很好用，整個感覺不亞於五星級酒店的房間。早餐簡單乾淨衞生夠吃了，要出門就在酒店叫網約車，很快就到，去周邊都很方便，酒店有接送機服務，也都非常準時，服務很好。
