房間沒有座機電話，電視打不開，房間特別小，隔音效果不好。一次性用品還要自己去拿，衞生條件太差了。

房間很不滿意，網上預訂和到店的房間不一致，到店住的房間差，主燈不亮，電視也是壞的，唯一一點但是離大賽巷近，有地下停車場方便

提前幾天下的單 過了幾個小時才聯繫我説滿房要退款 我問有沒有別的解決方案對面直接把電話掛了 後來攜程客服幫忙解決了問題 入住後電視是壞的説因為是特價房 門不能反鎖用牀頭櫃抵住的 床不乾淨睡了兩小時身上過敏起很多包 枕頭一股油膩味道 一晚上睡了四小時 太難受了
