"This stay was a wonderful surprise! Upon arrival, the front desk proactively upgraded my room free of charge. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view from the window. The hotel's location is superb, not far from museums and several popular attractions; Zhang Juzheng's former residence is downstairs, within walking distance. Dining and shopping are incredibly convenient. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive to all questions. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, thoughtful service, and a comfortable and convenient stay."

"The location is not very far from Shashi Airport( 20-25 min taxi ride). The railway station is also equally well accessible. We were on a business trip with meetings and early morning travel so we could not check out their food. But it seemed not very expensive. The cleanliness is good. They also have a laundry area. The front desk staff was polite and helpful."

"I’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿姨 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service. The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿姨did a good job in cleaning."

"This was my third visit to Jingzhou. I had originally booked accommodation closer to the ancient city, but after seeing so many glowing reviews for this hotel, I decided to switch my reservation. The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance, with rooms that are spotless and comfortable. The service was wonderfully warm and attentive. Its superb location makes it incredibly convenient for getting around. The breakfast spread was plentiful and tasty, and the beef noodles were absolutely divine – truly a highlight! Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"
