"The room was very new, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a mini-bar area. We stayed for three days, and it was spotlessly cleaned daily. The beef noodles at breakfast upstairs were delicious, and the breakfast spread itself was quite varied and excellent value for money. Previously, when visiting Jingzhou, I'd only stayed at Greenland and Wyndham, so I was pleasantly surprised that this Hampton by Hilton offered the best overall environment. Its location is also fantastic: it's just a 10-minute drive to Fantawild and Wanda Plaza is right across the road."

We were on a business trip with meetings and early morning travel so we could not check out their food. But it seemed not very expensive. The cleanliness is good. They also have a laundry area. Room hygiene still needs to be more detailed. The floor is a bit dirty. It should be mopped. It is estimated that it has not been mopped for a long time."

Facilities: For this price, it has all the necessary facilities, including parking, a laundry room, and a gym. Service: The front desk service was excellent and the staff were friendly. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned well. I would definitely come back next time."

"Pros: Relatively clean, bright room, separate wet and dry areas, complete toiletries, and the shower facilities were locked to prevent malicious intent… A sofa and chair set was provided, quite comfortable to sit on, made of leather that doesn't easily get dirty and is easy to wipe clean. It looked clean. Cons: I booked two rooms two days in advance, including one family room. I called the front desk to ask them to contact me if a family room became available. On check-in day, they called to say there were rooms available, so I quickly cancelled one and booked another, which cost over twenty yuan more. I explained the reason upon check-in and hoped for two breakfast vouchers, but they refused. Even hotel staff have a hard time. Furthermore, the room didn't provide slippers, and the disposable slippers were very slippery and easy to slip on. I slipped and fell at the bathroom door, thankfully without serious injury. The bedside lamp was quite creative, but it was broken and couldn't be turned off! We spent a long time figuring out how to cover it up in the middle of the night."

The common areas also had large spaces for healing sound baths, reading, and calligraphy art experiences. The laundry room used a Bosch washing machine, which was a nice touch. **Service:** The service was also very warm and friendly. The front desk staff proactively added me on WeChat and informed me about nearby attractions, which was thoughtful and meticulous."
