到了房間才發現沒窗户，那個天窗除了能進來蚊子基本沒用，衣服涼兩天沒幹，看了下攜程訂單還有房型升級，到店前台沒給升也沒給提示説房間無窗。一件白t還隨床單打掃給一起收走了，讓服務員給問問也沒答覆。建議提升一下服務品質。

因為第一次來荊州住的蘭歐，印象很好（雖然是高鐵站那家），所以這次又選擇了蘭歐，説實話20年的酒店應該算比較新的了，但是房間的設施讓人很失望，廁所的門一打開聲音巨大，晚上上個廁所一開門，吱呀吱呀響，一房間的人都被吵醒，馬桶的蓋子是沒有緩降的，手一鬆，砰的一聲，嚇一大跳，還以為碎了😓酒店的格局也很奇怪，為了選個有窗户的房間多花了幾十塊錢，結果是個迷你窗户，還沒家裡廁所窗户大，窗户外面還有一個巨大的柱子，開了窗和沒開沒什麼區別。點名叫萬達店，但是距離萬達有個五六百米，走路十來分鐘。周邊沒有吃早餐和吃飯的地方，衹能點外賣，節假日還溢價，近三百一晚就有點不值了，唯一不錯的就是工作人員服務態度還不錯，下次應該不會再來這家了。
