1.交通便利，景區停車位較充裕，停好車走二三十米就可以到懷之小院（當然車得在橋頭附近），同時小院又剛好在景區入口處，位置得天獨厚。 2.網友誠不欺我，評論説老闆娘人很好，從入住開始便得到老闆夫妻的關照。因為老闆娘有售賣麻餈，入住後便邀請我們一起做麻餈，小孩增加了知識，玩的又開心。因為恰逢中秋，還在他們夫妻的盛情邀請下一起感受了民俗，賞了月。 3.小院環境非常好，住宿條件一般，不過兩張床一拼妥妥的三米大床就來了，四口之家入住無壓力。現在很多兩胎四口之家，但是酒店很多家庭房最多還是一大床一小床，應該與時俱進了，大床加上下鋪才是家庭標配！ 4.主人家很有文化氣息，小院雅緻整潔，寵物狗叫墨寶，不過奶兇奶兇，看到公狗就要撲上去打架，對人卻和善。問起主人家為啥叫懷之小院，主人説因為小院裏有棵五百年的古松，小院懷抱着它。然後還講了個關於懷念的憂傷故事，想知道的可以自己去探尋，記得收起身上的煙火氣，用心去感受聆聽。 有機會還會去遊埠古鎮，感受不急不躁，感受人間煙火，以下是小鎮的點評:其實早飯的味道一般，重要的是六點多起床感受的氣氛。 1.古樸的商業化，是遊客走入了當地人的聚居區，經過包裝的古鎮，沒有純粹的商業，也不會無聊的淳樸。 2.水鄉勾勒的古街，小橋流水繞村居，慵懶而散漫，停下急切的腳步，用悠然丈量生命的長度。 3.美景裝點的美食，美食更勝美景，處處手工而為，告別千篇一律的連鎖和預製，是技藝與火候的傳承。 4.雖入世卻未功利世俗，古街的良心是稱上的價位，價廉物美是古街人的良善。
