After checking in, two breakfasts were given as a gift. I thought it was just a simple breakfast like porridge and bread, but I found it was full of sincerity. Noodles, wontons, rice noodles, juice, milk, coffee, meals, coarse grains, fruits and other varieties are complete. Everything you want is available, and the taste is good. It is a hotel worth visiting more often, absolutely good reviews."

"I brought my baby to Jinhua to meet friends. My top priorities were a spacious room, free parking, and complimentary breakfast, which led me to choose this hotel. The location is very convenient, close to everything: the World Trade Center, Wanda Plaza, the Aquarium, and Jiangbei. The room layout is very generous, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the bustling nightscape – you can see all of Jinhua. The breakfast was also excellent and substantial, not just a perfunctory offering. There's even a public water dispenser, which was great for preparing formula for the baby, giving me peace of mind. All the staff provided great service! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jinhua."

"From August 7th to 9th, 2026, we stayed at the Jinhua Narada Hotel, and it felt just like a resort with its excellent environment. We booked a family room, which was bright and spacious, with one king bed and one single bed – perfect for families with kids. The room also had a balcony offering panoramic views of the hotel. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, even featuring local specialties, which were delicious. The hotel's swimming pool was very professional, and the fitness center, spa, and other facilities were all well-equipped. You could easily spend your entire stay at the hotel without needing to leave. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic, providing meticulous service from the moment we checked in. Special thanks to the concierge, Xiao Xuan, who, after seeing us head to the restroom with our child, suggested we could book a sightseeing buggy to explore the hotel and even gave our child several toys. What's more, we happened to encounter a typhoon and had to change our train tickets, and on our checkout day, they kindly arranged for a late checkout for us. We are truly grateful [rose][rose][rose]. This was an excellent stay, and the Narada Hotel comes highly recommended [strong][strong][strong]."

The room was cleaned clean, the surrounding environment was quiet and suitable for rest, there was a night market next to it, very close to the World Trade Center and Jinhua Heart. Xiaodu intelligent use is simple, the robot is very convenient to send items, and it can also check in by yourself, which greatly shortens the check-in time. "I stayed at the Jinhua SILLY for two nights over the weekend, booking a three-bedroom villa. This B&B was highly recommended by many bloggers on social media. But... here’s the catch. On the day of check-in, there was a heavy downpour. I assume the occupancy rate was high that day, as guests were asked to park their cars at the foot of the mountain and be transported up by shuttle. However, the shuttle had no rain protection whatsoever. Even a light drizzle would get you wet, let alone a torrential rain. The shuttle staff were also completely soaked. Since we had a large group, including elderly and young children, the provided shuttle couldn't transport us all in one go. After repeated negotiations, we were finally allowed to drive our own car up. Upon reaching the lobby, other guests were already arguing with the front desk because their rooms hadn't been cleaned, and they had been waiting for several hours. It was already past 4 PM when we arrived... Although our room was ready, these two incidents made me feel that their management was extremely disorganized. Despite the severe weather, they failed to provide convenience to guests and instead caused more trouble. Many hotel shuttles have rain covers. It's been raining continuously in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region recently, so they should have been prepared! High occupancy on summer weekends is also to be expected, but it felt like they had made absolutely no preparations! This is a B&B that has been open for several years, after all. Now, regarding the room's hygiene, the limescale on the shower floor had spread from the corners, and there was also a ring of limescale in the toilet. I have never encountered such hygiene issues at a hotel or B&B of this price point. When I took a shower, I noticed that the large showerhead was completely covered in limescale, and the water holes were clogged. I could only use the small showerhead. It's clear that the cleaning staff doesn't bother to clean the larger one. It was too disgusting to take pictures. We stayed in rooms Valley Hideaway 1301, 1302, and 1303. If the owner sees this review, I hope you'll go and check them out! Even wet wipes would pick up black marks from the restaurant tables, side tables, or cabinet surfaces... It continued to pour on the second day. After returning from our outing, I hoped to take a hot shower, so I called the front desk on the way back to request a room cleaning for our extended stay. But it never happened. The shower water that day was surprisingly little, and it was impossible to rinse off the soap. When I brought it up to the front desk, they blamed the heavy rain. Seriously, I was like, 'What does tap water have to do with rainwater?' It did get better by evening. On the last day, Monday, it was evident that there were far fewer people. The shuttle drivers were all sitting in the lobby. I asked if they could drive us around for a tour, as the place is built on a mountain with many uphill and downhill slopes, and SILLY covers a large area. It had rained for the first two days, so we hadn't been able to see the natural surroundings of the entire B&B. Although some of our older companions weren't completely immobile, climbing hills was still strenuous for them. Even though they weren't busy, my request was still denied by the staff. They said, quite apologetically, that it would only take about ten minutes to walk around the entire place, so there was no need for a shuttle to take us. Aside from these major flaws, the staff's attitude was excellent. They were all smiles and apologized profusely, repeatedly saying sorry, but nothing actually got done! Avoid this place!"

"The facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's about 150 meters from Wanda Plaza subway station. The subway provides access to Hengdian World Studios and Yiwu Small Commodities Market. The front desk service is excellent, and Tony is very welcoming. The breakfast is very good."
GRAND NEW CENTURY HOTEL WANGHU JINHUA
"I checked in on May 3rd and all the sockets in the room went out of power three times (once at 8 o'clock and once at 12 o'clock. The power went out again just ten minutes after the repair at 12 o'clock). I changed to another room and turned off all the lights. No matter which one I turned on for a while, my bedside lamp would always be on. For example, when the bathroom light is turned on, the bedside lamp will light up. There is no wind when the air conditioner is turned on normally, and only when it is set to 16℃ with the maximum wind speed will air at normal temperature come out. Because we have a nine-month-old baby and need to make milk in the middle of the night. The socket in the first room had no electricity and could not boil water. In the second room, as soon as I get up to make milk, the bedside lamp will come on, which means it's time to coax me back to sleep. And the air conditioner in the second room was not cold enough, at 16℃ it was even hotter than the corridor outside. So I moved back to my original room, and moved around until after 1 a.m. It was very frustrating. The children kept being woken up [bitter], and I didn't get any good rest at all. In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes. I killed three of them in one night, but there were still some. My child's face and ears were swollen. The hotel may not have anyone who can make decisions at night. Although the attitude is very good and polite. I just feel like I can't make a quick decision."

"This is my second time staying here! I discovered something new this time – a robot delivers food to your room! I didn't even know that last time I didn't order takeout, haha! The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was as clean and comfortable as ever – that's exactly what a hotel should be like! There's an outdoor swimming pool outside the front desk, and the water is clean. If you have kids, they can go for a swim. When I checked out at noon, the front desk let me take some water and offered me a popsicle – the service was impeccable! Choose this hotel when you come to Jinhua! You won't regret it! 🤭"

"The hotel design is decent, and the service attitude was good, though there was no one to help with luggage during check-out, especially with all the stairs. This might have been due to staff shortages during a holiday. The room had floor heating, which was very warm, and the TV supported screen mirroring. However, for a hot spring hotel, the private onsen in the room only filled up for about ten minutes, which was far too little. This is especially problematic given how quickly the water cools in this weather. We came specifically for the hot springs, but the actual onsen experience wasn't great. Finally, the soundproofing was a major issue; it was incredibly noisy. It felt like the sound insulation was worse than hotels costing only three or four hundred yuan per night. This definitely doesn't meet the standards of a four-star hotel."

"The hotel is right outside the Lu Nu Lake, and the environment is very good. Although Shuanglong Cave is crowded, you can also choose Lutian Academy and Huang Daxian Temple near the hotel, both of which are free attractions. Tips: Parking at the hotel requires good driving skills, otherwise it is a bit difficult to drive up the winding mountain road. Only after leaving the mountain did I realize that the hotel was hidden in the mountains without being noticed."
