Our rooms were clean and tidy, and since we booked multiple rooms, they upgraded our room type, which was a fantastic gesture. Overall, the service was excellent."

"Came to Jinhua with my family for the May Day holiday. The Pullman hotel is a bit out of the way, but its price is a big plus. If you're driving, then the Pullman offers good value for money. One downside: breakfast was a total mess, and the food was just okay. Probably because of the holiday crowd. Overall, still good value. Recommended!"
NARADA·JINHUA HOTEL
"Stayed for two nights during the Chinese New Year. The pavilion view room on the 4th floor offered a great view. Standard rooms on the first floor, however, can feel a bit dark and stuffy due to the surrounding greenery. Overall, the service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very polite, and they didn't charge me when I lost a room key. The entire property is well-maintained, and it's right next to a park. Since it used to be the Asian Games Village, there are still many sports-related elements in the hotel and the park. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, the option to pack food was a thoughtful touch, and managers were present in the restaurant throughout to supervise. My only complaints would be the poor soundproofing in the room and the not-so-great hairdryer."

The room has good lighting and sound insulation, stable air conditioning and hot water, and complete infrastructure. Just trying our luck, we asked the front desk if an early check-in was possible so my parents could rest. Without hesitation, the front desk attendant immediately helped us arrange an early check-in. She also proactively offered a late check-out for the following day. Her service attitude was truly exceptional. Before we left, they even presented my parents with a thoughtful souvenir. This truly put a perfect end to our trip."
