The location of the hotel is very good. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hotel service is in place. The hardware facilities are average. Especially the washing equipment in the room is poorly maintained. The bathroom space is too small and the water volume is very small. Breakfast was average. The hotel gym is very well equipped, but it is a pity that it is poorly managed and the fitness equipment is piled up in a mess. The most intolerable thing is that someone smokes in the gym. . . The hotel is located in the center of Jining, so it is very far from the highway intersection. Parking must be underground. The underground parking lot lacks guidance and the signs are unclear. From all aspects of the details, the overall management of the hotel needs to be improved, and the room facilities are in urgent need of repair and regular maintenance.

I saw this hotel on Ctrip during the Spring Festival. The hotel has a great location, a grand lobby, complete room facilities, a supermarket in the basement, shopping and movie watching. I drove directly to the underground garage and there was a special hotel elevator. The service was very friendly, the price was not expensive, and there were many breakfast varieties! It is worth recommending!

Because I have had good experiences staying in Beijing and Hangzhou in other cities, I stayed in Jining this time. The front desk service was relatively enthusiastic at first. The following points are recommended: 1. Each room can only be provided with 2 bottles of mineral water per day. I asked for four bottles over the phone and received two bottles for free. I called again and was told that there would be a charge, but it was still given away. It is so hot in the summer, and the only bottle of mineral water provided is the usual Jingtian. It’s been a long time since I encountered a hotel that restricted the amount of mineral water. On the last day, I avoided trouble and bought 2L mineral water from the supermarket. 2. I couldn’t find the room card the next night. I went out for dinner and asked the front desk to replace the room card when I came back. The front desk said that if I couldn’t find the previous one, I would have to pay 20 yuan for it. I was surprised at the time and asked the front desk that I didn’t inform them in advance. Another young lady at the front desk saw my firm attitude and said that there was no charge to apply. It is recommended that the front desk should add a message to every guest who checks in. This card is 20 yuan, so be sure to save it. Or put a price tag on each room card. When I checked out, I found the previous room card and returned such a valuable card together.

It's just too much. I stay in hotels every day, but this is the first time I see that the Coke Fanta biscuits in the small refrigerator are charged separately. There is no price reminder for the separate charge. The front desk explained that if it is not marked as free, it is paid. The quilt, shoes, toothbrush and toothpaste are not marked as free either, so why are they not charged? Why?

The room facilities are a bit old, but the location is excellent. There is a shopping mall downstairs, and various supermarkets and parks are around. The breakfast is rich and not expensive, and exquisite souvenirs are also given.
