Perfunctory attitude: There was a problem with the exhaust of the toilet, and the customer was asked to give feedback. After the feedback, it claimed that it was a silent exhaust (there is still a big difference between no sound and a little sound), and it was perfunctory. 3. The hotel failed to take responsibility and the customer paid the bill: The problem of the exhaust of the toilet was reported again, and it was still insisted on silent exhaust without confirmation. It was not until the customer's attitude was strong that staff were sent to check. The maintenance staff determined that the exhaust was broken, arranged to change rooms, and sent a robot to deliver the room card, so that the tired customer dragged his luggage to change rooms by himself, and changed to a smaller and noisier room. 4. Inadequate localization: As a hotel opened near the Jining Cultural Center in Shandong, China, it is hard to imagine that the robot delivering food called the room phone and spoke a word in English. 5. Harassing customers: Due to the tight schedule, the customer did not give a review for the time being. The hotel is located at the southernmost end of Jining City, very close to Taibai Lake Scenic Area. There are no other facilities nearby except museums and cultural centers, making dining and shopping inconvenient. The hotel opened at the end of 2021. The facilities and hygiene are acceptable, but the service can be improved. The room is not soundproofed. During my stay, there was a wedding party living downstairs. They laughed and talked loudly until late at night, and started again at five or six in the morning. It was useless to call the front desk.
