"Upon arriving at the front desk, I saw four staff members: two interns, one person in a black suit, and another in white. Not a single person greeted me or initiated the check-in process. I handed my ID to the individual in the black suit, who, without even looking up, simply tossed it to an intern, again without a word. The interns then proceeded with the check-in. I had clearly booked an upgraded room type through Ctrip, but after receiving my room card, I inquired and was informed that no upgrade had been processed. It was only at this point that the woman in the black suit came over to ask if I had booked through Ctrip. The room was eventually upgraded, but it was surprisingly small, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. While the room did have a bathtub, unlike any other five-star hotel where bathtubs are meticulously clean and complimentary bath liners are provided, this Wanda hotel's tub was dirty, and they charged for the bath liners. What shocked me was finding a box of condoms, 'male enhancement oil,' and lubricant openly displayed in the bathroom, priced at 88 yuan. Is this truly appropriate for a five-star hotel to openly sell such items? It made me feel like I was staying in a low-end roadside inn. It's truly disgusting! Do they really need to nickel and dime their guests like this? Even the tea bags were chargeable, prominently displayed with individual prices for each variety. Isn't that incredibly tacky for a hotel of this caliber? Overall, the experience was utterly disappointing. The price at Wanda Jining was twice that of a standard hotel (like Atour), but the service and facilities were truly dreadful. I will steer clear of all Wanda hotels from now on."

"The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the High-tech Zone. There's MixC World and Aegean Sea shopping malls nearby. The staff are really friendly and their service is great. The front desk greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. The restaurant on the second floor has a wide variety of food. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Facilities: Perfect and very cool. Highly recommend, especially the hotel slippers – they're really comfortable!"

"The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room. My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that. There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu."
