"I recently took a short trip to Jining with my family and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn (Innovation Valley branch) in the High-tech Zone. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations, so I absolutely have to write a detailed review to praise it! For a family outing, this place is simply perfect, from its hardware facilities to its soft services. First, I have to highlight the excellent front desk service. From the moment we walked in, the staff displayed exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. During check-in, the young lady at the front desk was not only efficient but also incredibly thoughtful, taking into account our needs with a child. She proactively asked if we needed kids' toiletries and patiently explained the hotel's facilities and local sightseeing tips. This kind of meticulous care made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived, instantly washing away our travel fatigue. The hotel lobby design is also a major highlight, with a very stylish ambiance. It features Hilton Garden Inn's characteristic 'HUB' lobby design, which integrates gathering, leisure, and business functions. In the spacious and bright hall, there are not only comfortable seating areas but also a self-service beverage bar and a co-working space. After checking in, my family and I relaxed in the lobby for a bit, enjoyed some cold drinks, and our child played nearby. The entire space is both stylish and cozy, perfect for families to spend time in. Stepping into the room, the cleanliness was impeccable! The room was spacious, well-laid out, and spotlessly clean. Even the hidden corners were thoroughly cleaned, which made us feel incredibly at ease. The bedding was soft and comfortable; my child didn't want to get out of bed! It's worth noting that the sofa in the room could easily be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, perfectly accommodating our family of three. The attention to detail in the design was very thoughtful. Breakfast was an even bigger surprise! There was a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options. From freshly ground coffee and waffles to steaming hot local specialties, it was nutritious and delicious. The kids enjoyed it, and the adults were satisfied, too. A hearty breakfast truly kick-started a day full of energy. In summary, our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Jining Innovation Valley was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to all families traveling to Jining!"

"I upgraded my room when I arrived. The room is very clean. It is newly opened in the hotel. All the equipments are very useful. You can also have a snack while doing the self-service laundry. It is only a 5-minute walk to Taibai Tower, Canal, and Wanda. Jining's The delicacies and meat are also very delicious. People from the south have never been to the market. It is very smoky. I don’t have enough time and I haven’t gone to many places. I will come back for an in-depth tour next time."

"Located in the cultural center area, it should be a newly developed area. There are no residential areas around it. It is quiet and sparsely populated. It is relatively close to Taibai Lake Scenic Area and Jining Grand Theater. The check-in procedure was very fast. I chose a lake view room with a balcony. The room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and the room was very spacious. There were not many staff members for breakfast, and there were also few people eating. The staff greeted the guests warmly and introduced the distribution of breakfast. The kitchen was off work at around 2 pm. I took the dumplings refrigerated in the refrigerator to the restaurant and asked them to heat them in the microwave for me. The waiter did not shirk and took them into the kitchen to help heat them up. He also took the initiative to replace my original fast food box with a porcelain plate, thinking that the fast food box was not suitable for heating. He was very attentive and thoughtful."
