This was the only hotel we stayed at in Qufu that we were really satisfied with. It's a 3-minute walk from Wanren Palace Wall and right next to the Confucius Temple, and a 10-minute taxi ride to the Confucius Museum. The hotel's courtyard-style environment is very comfortable, and they even thoughtfully provided a fruit platter upon check-in. Their restaurant is quite a popular spot in Qufu, and we had a decent lunch there. It was so pleasant to enjoy a meal by the pool in the summer heat. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also very impressive, with some delicious Shandong specialties. We booked a two-story duplex room with two bathrooms, which was incredibly convenient for two families. Everyone absolutely loved it!

Staying at your hotel in Qufu was a pleasant surprise! The entire hotel, from the lobby to the hallways, was very clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good. The front desk staff and cleaning ladies were especially warm and attentive, even helping us with accommodation at Nishan. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted wonderful. If you're looking for a quiet hotel in Qufu, this place is definitely worth a stay.

I don't understand why such a good hotel only has a 4.7 rating on Ctrip. Review 1 was so critical of everything about the hotel. After staying here, I realized this is an incredibly value-for-money scenic hotel with a strong vacation vibe. The staff's service is very thoughtful and excellent. I was traveling with my 80-year-old parent, and Ms. Kong, the lobby manager, was incredibly patient and helpful with my parent, proactively greeting and assisting them. Dasha Wang at the front desk helped me with documents late at night, and her attitude was consistently wonderful – truly touching. Today, I booked the hotel's travel photoshoot, and the photographer was excellent; the photos I shared with friends received countless compliments. I especially want to praise the makeup artist, who was incredibly efficient. They didn't pressure us when selecting photos either. This made me think of the first night in Qufu, at a certain B&B with a 4.9 rating on Ctrip, which was full of flies and smelled of cat feces. It makes me wonder, has Ctrip been ruined when it comes to Qufu?

I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Qufu. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and what impressed me the most was its beautiful traditional Chinese-style design, which perfectly matches the cultural atmosphere of Qufu. All of the staff were professional, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of high-quality food. I would rate it 9.5 out of 10. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qufu, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Just a short walk to Kong Temple and Kong Mansion. Hotel was in a place boxed in by other building. My room looks out to another building just about 10M away. Room itself was still comfortable enough. Breakfast is ok. Reception staff was polite and greet every time we walk in or out

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Confucius Temple, just a few steps away. It was incredibly convenient for watching the gate-opening ceremony in the morning, exploring the Three Confucius Sites during the day, and enjoying the light show in the evening. The breakfast was very plentiful, and we had dinner at the hotel, which was both delicious and reasonably priced. The room had a unique character, and the butler even upgraded our room type, allowing my whole family to stay more comfortably and spaciously, which was very thoughtful. The complimentary small gifts like the fan and ruler were also very practical and special. The cats and rabbits were adorable too. The only slight downside was some issues with the toilet and shower, but the butler resolved them promptly.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and the parking attendant was also very welcoming. The front desk even gave me a special gift from Qufu when I checked out, which was a nice touch to remember the city by. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Three Confucius Sites and a pedestrian street. While the room decor showed a little wear and tear and wasn't spectacular, and the bathroom was a bit small, and the elevator felt a little cramped, none of these minor points affected a good, restful stay.

I have to commend the hotel's service! From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly attentive. The front desk patiently answered all my questions and even proactively helped with my luggage. The cleaning staff were meticulous, tidying the room and replenishing supplies daily. I accidentally left an item behind at check-out, and the staff promptly contacted me and helped mail it back – I was so touched. The hygiene and facilities were top-notch, making for a truly excellent experience!

It is located in the center of Qufu and has a superior location, which allows me to easily go to cultural landmarks such as Confucius Temple and Confucius Mansion to feel the historical charm of this ancient city. The interior decoration of the room is simple and stylish, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring a good quality of sleep. Although the hotel does not provide catering services, the staff was very enthusiastic to recommend the surrounding food to me, so that while exploring local food, I can feel the hospitality of Qufu. In terms of service, the staff of the hotel are very professional and friendly, and they pay full attention to the needs of every guest. Whether it is check-in procedures or daily consultation, they have shown patience and meticulousness, which makes me feel the warmth of home. Although no catering service is provided, the convenience of the homestay has not been affected. There are many restaurants and snack bars around, which allows me to easily enjoy a variety of cuisines. This arrangement has given me more freedom to explore and try the local food culture. In short, Qufu Guandemen Manju B&B is an ideal accommodation choice, whether it is for travelers who want to experience traditional culture or tourists seeking a comfortable accommodation environment.
