The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable and soft bedding; a good night's sleep is the best gift the hotel can offer. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation; the surrounding amenities are complete, making travel worry-free. The breakfast is rich and varied, a fusion of Chinese and Western dishes, satisfying your taste buds while also allowing you to experience a blend of cultures.

I stayed at this hotel three or more times. I didn't want a small room, so I chose a business king bed. The price was a bit high. When I got to the room, it was just like a regular king bed. I asked the front desk, and they said it was a business king bed. The desk was the same as the regular king bed room listed on the booking platform. The front desk said we could change rooms, but it was unnecessary. I won't be bringing colleagues there anymore.

Hotel was great. The staff was friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Got a little bit cold, the quilt was a bit lit and had to use the AC. There is a breakfast buffet with lots of options including cereal and a coffee machine for your preferred hot drink.

The service is very user-friendly, there are special circumstances and the check-out time is extended for two hours, the environment is also good, very hygienic, and the living is quite comfortable.

I was satisfied with the room, but I want to complain about the lady who checked me in: I specifically asked for a south-facing room, and she replied that all our twin rooms face north. So she gave me two north-facing twin rooms. However, when I checked out the next day, I found that there were clearly south-facing twin rooms available. Why did she lie to me? She told me they didn't have any or that the price was too high. I want to get to the bottom of this.
