嗯，避雷就對了，在營業時間去，寫着有前台，去了吃個“閉門羹”自己不在還要怪顧客不給商家打電話，你不在你家門口也沒有所謂的自助機，不應該自己提前跟顧客説明嗎？一個小時內申請退款還死活不退，故意給我留房到晚上九點跟我説不能退了
