"This hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient for shopping and running errands. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and check-in only took a few minutes. The best surprise was the free shuttle service to and from Jinjiang Airport – a total lifesaver for catching flights! They also have a huge free parking lot, so no stress if you're driving. The lounge area on the first floor offers complimentary self-service coffee and tea, which was a nice touch for relaxing while waiting. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and there was plenty of time to eat. A special shoutout to the shuttle driver – he was really enthusiastic and helpful!"

"For my May Day holiday trip, I chose a suite at the Kelton Hotel Sunshine Store, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! 🎉 The suite was incredibly spacious with an open and airy layout. The entire suite featured smart home controls, making everything super convenient – I could control the lights and curtains with just my voice, which was very high-tech. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, making it incredibly relaxing to lie down on. The toiletries were also of high quality, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation design was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Even though there were many guests checking in during the May Day holiday, the check-in process was quick, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, plus some delicious Southern Fujian specialty snacks. Getting around and shopping downstairs was very convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and leisure options nearby. It's perfect for both family trips and gatherings with friends. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Jinjiang! 👍"

We are the first time to take a train to Quanzhou South Railway Station to Jinjiang Wuli Industrial Zone for business trips. This hotel has a high-floor viewing environment. Very good, there is a rockery at the entrance of the hotel, the scenery is beautiful!"

Overall, I had a very comfortable stay, unlike some hotels that feel perfunctory. It's really great value for money."

"Because it's a pet-friendly hotel, its relatively remote location can be overlooked; it's close to the beach, which is a plus if you have a dog or like the seaside. However, it's inconvenient to go out to buy things or eat, as takeout takes more than an hour. The layout is home-style, with the TV in the living room. While you can't lie down to watch TV, it's suitable for people who need private space. Finally, I must criticize the manager! My impression of Fujianese people is that they are soft-spoken and friendly, but this manager was not only impatient during the booking call, but also had a sour face as if I owed him a fortune! If you don't want this job, there's no need to vent your frustrations on customers; this deserves a bad review! The half-star service is for the young lady at the front desk, who was very patient and answered all my questions."

"Overall, the service was good, but it felt like there weren't many staff members around. My room wasn't close to the front desk either, so if I needed anything, I had to communicate via WeChat. The wind at night was quite strong, causing the door to constantly rattle, which was a bit disruptive to my sleep. I'd suggest the hotel provide earplugs for guests, perhaps placing them by the bedside – that would be a nice touch. The breakfast, however, was excellent and very diverse."

"Absolutely the worst hotel experience I've had for a business trip. I paid 300 RMB for a 'deluxe king room' that, according to the pictures, was supposed to have a desk and a bathroom with wet/dry separation. What I actually got was a shabby room with a huge pillar in the middle blocking the view, no desk, a bathroom that opened directly onto the bed with no door, and the entire room was so incredibly damp it was practically uninhabitable. When I complained to the front desk, they initially said they were fully booked on the first night but promised to switch my room after some guests checked out. The next day, when I went to switch again, I was told I'd have to pay extra for a room with a large window and a desk. To add insult to injury, they claimed I was already in 'the best room type for this price range.' I was so exasperated I literally laughed. I seriously have to ask, is this what you call false advertising?! The front desk staff's attitude was abysmal – completely dismissive and condescending. I couldn't stand it anymore. I had originally booked a long stay for my extended business trip, but I immediately checked out and moved to a Huazhu hotel. I can't believe you charge 300 RMB a night for such a low standard. It's truly baffling."
