"The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was fast. The hotel is located in the center of Jinjiang, making it very convenient for getting around. They offer a free shuttle service to and from Jinjiang Airport, which is a huge plus for travelers. There's also a large free parking lot, making it very car-friendly. The self-service coffee and tea in the first-floor lounge area are a thoughtful touch, available anytime. Breakfast was delicious, with ample time to eat without feeling rushed. Overall, the facilities and service are top-notch."

"The service is definitely commendable. The staff member, Nan, was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that the hotel's main sign is a bit small, and the parking directions are unclear. I had to drive around once to find it, which was quite disappointing for a first-time guest.
I hope the hotel can add clearer and more prominent directional signs in both the underground parking lot and on the ground level. This improvement would greatly benefit guests arriving by car and enhance the overall experience by making the hotel's presence more apparent throughout the entire area."

"The location here is pretty good; it's not facing the street so it's not noisy, which is really helpful for someone like me who doesn't sleep well. The room facilities are all complete, the entire room is controlled by Xiao Du (smart assistant), and even the toilet is smart. They also have Xiao Du deliver food and other things, which is super convenient. I often come here for business trips and frequently choose to stay at this place."

"The hotel is nice, lobby and reception is nice. Room is a little bit old fashioned and not so modern but it’s quite spacious. The service of the staff was good. Special thanks to Mr Hanson Liu for his hospitality and for his help. We’re first time staying at this area and he was so kind and guided us when we asked him where’s the nearest mall or supermarket because the hotel location is quite isolated. He even wrote the address in a piece of paper so that the driver would be easy to find the place. Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful too. They have self service laundry room too and if we encounter problem, their staffs are ready to help. Overall it’s a nice stay here."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service."

Coming back in the evening, I can grab a late-night snack downstairs to unwind after a long day. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the service is efficient. It's definitely my first choice for business travel."

The service is beyond words – enthusiastic, efficient, and they practically fulfill every request! The bath water is super stable, the shower is super easy to use tall, and I have taken pictures and prepared to install the same model next time I decorate! Inside: refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooker, microwave oven, TV, landline telephone, air conditioning, electric heating (can bake clothes on rainy days), water purification device, hair dryer, hanger, clothes rail, clothes fork holding up hanger, electric kettle, Fully automatic toilet (in fact, it is not necessary, it is a bit noisy when it wakes up at night, the flushing sound is a bit loud, and it is completely unnecessary to flush 4 times). It can be said that there is everything. There is also a storage cabinet on the first floor, 2 dryers, and a small gym. All room types provide breakfast and are very rich! Downstairs supermarkets, restaurants, haircuts, massages, various living and commercial facilities dazzle everything, full of fireworks! You just finished this home, I will ask you the price of 151 yuan, and give you a ”bicycle”, what do you want to drop? Anyway, I am content! "I stayed there once before, and they proactively upgraded my room, and the front desk staff were very friendly. This time, when I asked a short female staff member at the front desk if I could get an upgrade, she rudely replied with just two words: ”No.”
She didn't use any polite language at all. I wouldn't have cared much, but the response was terrible. Checking the Ctrip page, the hotel had plenty of rooms available that day.
The water pressure in the 11th-floor room was low. The phone and remote control were covered in lint, and the remote control had white stains.
The full-length mirror was broken. I mentioned it to the staff member bringing the towels, and she said it had been broken for a long time. Doesn't she realize the safety hazard?
Were the toiletries sourced through a group purchase with Ji Hotel? They weren't all their own brand."

"It is very good experience except the toilet has no privacy and there wasn’t any bedsheet the pelow was one for every bed but overall the staffs are superb if I was the owner this hotel I definitely treat them like my own children and thake care of them and never ever forget there necessities always would appreciate there efforts ☺️"
