For the past ten years, I have stayed here every year for business trips. I was always satisfied until this year when I was completely disappointed. The rooms are dilapidated, the halls and rooms are full of mosquitoes, and the staff is seriously understaffed. There is only one employee in the restaurant after 9:30. Although the staff tried their best, they still have to take over the dine-in guests and have to wait. Taking food orders from tenants, and also responsible for delivering food, I am overwhelmed with work, and there is a serious shortage of manpower. The scariest thing is the open kitchen. I actually saw the chef using a large spoon to cook food and put it directly into my mouth to taste it, and then continued to cook the food with the same spoon. It was hard to imagine that I was staying in a 5-star hotel. I can only say that this is a better hotel than a 3-star hotel that is close to Sunshine Night Market.
