"The first time I wrote a bad review, I really didn't have a satisfactory thing.
The first check-in has to add WeChat to say that it is convenient to communicate, but after adding WeChat to send a message, it has not been responded for a long time, and the call to the front desk is not answered.
Secondly, I called before booking to ask if there is a twin room. The person who answered the phone said that the room was full but I could add a quilt. Before I arrived at the scene, I asked if I could add money to change the twin room. I also said that the room was full. I urged twice to add the quilt. I waited for a long time and didn’t answer the phone. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to communicate before I said that I would help find it. I told the front desk that I asked you if you have any extra rooms at the beginning. When I said no, another front desk immediately came over and said that you would like to have a room now. What does it mean to ask when you just checked in and said no? Small things are so complicated and the behavior is uncomfortable.
Finally, I explained that the quilt was sent back to the room later. The room had valuables. After I came back, I found that the floss used on the floor at the door was very outrageous. When I entered the door, I saw that the quilt had been sent in. The matter was completely ignored.
There is no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. When you check in, you should remind you not to go to the room. After the sink is empty, you have to ask the front desk to send it up, which is inconvenient. There is also a list given by the front desk that does not include breakfast. Later, I found that the order was included in the reservation and everything was messed up. The New Year's Eve makes people feel a lot of uncomfortable. I have lived in so many other hotels. The first time I encountered everything, I couldn't do it well. Many employees at the front desk were more chaotic and unclear about things. They also said that I hoped that I would write a good review but everything was not in place. I still thought about how to improve and get better and then brush the praise."
