住過這家酒店兩三次，前廳人員都很服務熱情，居然還記得我，有點意外，開房的時候人比較多，就在沙發上坐了下，工作人員主動端了一杯水過來，這個小細節特別好，房間還可以，跟大多數維也納風格一樣，設施設備齊全，衞生乾淨，環境好，採光好，淋雨出水量也大，大門口就是公交站，出行打車方便。

設施新，剛換的木地板，以前住過這家酒店，看起來不錯，衞生打掃的很乾凈，前台小易推薦了附近遊玩的，很熱情，不過泉州天天下雨，沒地方出去遊玩。中途水喝完了，打電話到前台，立馬就用機器人贈送上來了。還免費。周邊交通方便，就在吾悦廣場邊上

位置方便，過街就是商場了，樓下也有便利店
前台服務周到， 入住當天剛好遇上房間整修，味道未散。 工作人員提前告知並陪同看房間，確認可以入住後，才辦理的入住。 而且期間還換了個房型， 甚是滿意。

環境好，設施新，酒店剛換的木地板，前台小胡服務態度非常好，衞生打掃的也乾淨。距離二體不遠，旁邊就是吾悦廣場，無聊可以過去吃喝玩樂。

第二次入住這個酒店了，剛換的木地板，設施比較新，看起來舒服多了，環境好，旁邊就是吾悦廣場，兩分鐘就到了，購物方便，前台小易還送了兩份早餐券，服務也熱情，衞生細節各方面都不錯，下次還選擇這家酒店
