#房間用品質量比較差 ，連租兩個天，沒有梳子，第一天提醒了，順便換個床單被罩，衹是把被子床單又鋪了，梳子也沒有補，凌晨叫外面送的幾個梳子，有問題不盡快處理，從凌晨12點半反饋還沒補聊天磨了半個小時才送達，體驗很差。

洗漱台很臟，漱口杯上面的灰塵很厚，感覺像很久沒人打掃過了，廚房水龍頭也很臟，床頭下面還有口水，樓上的榻榻米有玻璃渣子，窗户直接用垃圾袋遮住，垃圾袋還是破的，帶着三歲多的孩子，光着腳丫子走一下被割了一大道口子，總體體驗，又臟又亂

設施：正常酒店設施都有，燒水壺、熱水器、牙膏牙刷等，空調不制熱的。
衞生：乾淨度一般，進門隨便瞄兩眼就是頭髮，桌子上也是頭髮，這被套還被燙出一個洞，怪膈應的。希望加強管理，等住客自己發現問題的，很影響入住體驗。
環境：在小區裏面，整個小區比較大，所以入住之前可以先問清楚訂的房型離大門近不近。進出有門禁，但還好有保安，比較方便。過年期間人不多，也不會很吵。
