When I went to Pingyao Ancient City, I think staying at #HiltonHuanbang Hotel is definitely the most cost-effective choice, no doubt about it. The hotel just opened last year, and the facilities and equipment are very new, but there is no smell of decoration at all, it is just the right new. The environment is very good, and every detail of the hardware and software (service) reflects the hotel concept of ”reliable, comprehensive, friendly and caring”. I gave 4.5 stars for both the environment and hygiene, which is a comprehensive evaluation after experiencing HiltonHuanbang hotels in other regions. This hotel is definitely ranked first in the western region. My unexpected gain is the buffet of this restaurant, which not only shows the characteristics of Shanxi (Figure 4 bowl tray), but also has a variety of small and exquisite snacks comparable to French restaurants, which is a test of the hotel's meal preparation ability. If you have to find faults, making hot bowl trays in winter may be more considerate of the guests' stomachs. Service is a very complicated issue, and customers always expect the hotel service to improve according to the most perfect experience.
