The hotel was highly rated, but the service was so bad. I asked for something from the front desk, but they told me to go downstairs to get it. I was woken up by the noise outside the door at 3:00 in the morning. The hotel did nothing and had no control. The service was so bad. I called two or three times but still got nothing. The hotel said they would change the room. This was outrageous. We were the ones who were woken up, but they still made us pack up in the middle of the night. The hotel management lacks a lot and the service is so bad.
