"The hotel is newly renovated, and the environment and cleanliness are quite good. The location is very convenient, close to Jishou Railway Station and North Bus Station, just over 300 meters away. There are dry cleaners, barbershops, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. downstairs, making it very convenient. One small suggestion: please put up a more prominent "No Smoking" sign at the elevator entrance. I've encountered several guests entering the elevator with cigarettes in their mouths."

"This time I stayed at Lingxi Elegant Restaurant, and I was completely amazed by the view of the room! The large floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow you to enjoy the cloudy karst peaks, the blue tile hanging tower and the gurgling stream without leaving home. When the fog rises in the mountains in the morning, it seems to be in a fairyland. The room is warm and clean, the bedding is soft, and the living is quiet and comfortable. The homestay is right by the Dexu Jiulong River, two or three minutes away from the visitor center. It is very close to the bonfire party at night. The proprietress is kind and will recommend local food and tour routes in addition to free pick-up service. Listening to the stream, looking at the distant mountains, fleeing the hustle and bustle of the city, this journey is because this homestay has too many points, I love it, and I will stay here next time I have a chance."

"The hotel is perfect, especially the details to achieve economical prices and 5-star service standards. Parking is convenient, the bedding is comfortable, and the room is spacious. What stands out: free laundry, room service pickup and delivery! This is very important, otherwise washing and drying will be troublesome. Snacks are delivered to the room every night and change. We stayed for 3 nights and it was different. The health tea in the lobby is particularly good. Especially breakfast, although there are not many varieties, it is absolutely fine, well-matched, and managed and served by dedicated personnel. It does not feel like a big canteen like breakfast in a budget hotel. Especially Xiao Yang at the front desk, the service during check-in is completely up to the level of a high-end hotel housekeeper. After adding the hotel WeChat, the needs can be met immediately. "We arrived at the hotel early, and the receptionist was very kind and gentle. She helped us check into a vacant room early. The room had just been cleaned by the cleaning lady, and she even reminded us to be careful of the slippery floor – very thoughtful! Since we were from out of town, and it happened to be raining and cold, our clothes and shoes got wet. We felt very cold in the room, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, so we called the front desk to report it. To our surprise, the hotel bought us a heater and personally delivered it to our room, explaining why the air conditioning wasn't working. It was truly touching to be away from home! This trip was a bit rushed, but next time I have the chance to come to Jishou, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel room was also very large, clean, and well-equipped. The smart speaker in the room was very convenient! This is the first time I've written such a thoughtful review, thank you again!"
