房間寬敝，乾淨，床舒服，毛巾，洗面巾，飲用水等供應充足，特別細心的是管家服務，如客人需要可提供眼貼，決明子枕頭，面膜等，值得稱讚！但大堂管理有點欠缺，不少人在沙發上東倒西歪，抽煙等，影響酒店形象和其他客人的感覺。希望今後改進。
