優點：酒店硬件設施不錯，房間設備和內部環境也不錯。
不足：酒店的整體管理與5鑽酒店還有較大差距，性價比較差！一是酒店外部環境和綠化不足、停車凌亂；二是酒店大廳接待和服務基本沒有，感覺冷清缺乏賓至如歸的感受；三是對服務人員的培訓明顯不足，服務品質堪憂。
舉幾個例子：早餐時服務員抓了一把筷子忘空桌上擺放，手裡抓住的是筷子挑菜一頭；桌子上的餐墊掉在地上後，服務員撿起來沒做任何處理就又擺放在桌上了；詢問有無牙簽時，服務員説酒店不配備牙簽，但後來又拿了過來；酒店樓層的空氣明顯有異味，通風不好。

設施：智能馬桶挺好，設施也很齊全
衞生：房間很乾凈，很大
環境：個人感覺不管是大堂，房間，餐廳，給人感覺都很不錯
服務：前台給我辦理入住的工作人員服務態度很好，很有禮貌，點贊👍
我們是去九寨溝玩，小紅書上面看到有人推薦説這家酒店不錯，我就試試，當天晚上10點左右才到，很累了，就想着住舒服一點，結果沒讓我失望哈哈、我拍了一下大堂和房間的圖片
