I stayed at their Delta Hotel before and felt that everything was very good, so I chose the Courtyard by Marriott again this time. The service provided by the beautiful girls and handsome guys at the front desk was very good. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I go on a business trip.

The room was upgraded for free, which is a good comment. However, when I went to have breakfast two mornings, I was told that breakfast was not included and I had to call the front desk, which made me uncomfortable! Another point is that I paid a deposit of 500 yuan when I checked in, and 150 yuan was refunded after checking out. 350 yuan was inexplicably deducted, and no one took the initiative to confirm. I called to inquire, and someone called back and said that the staff had ordered the wrong amount. I cannot accept this reason, and they just apologized! If I didn't take the initiative to call to ask, the money would be gone. This is really angry, and there is no use to apologize. I don't accept this reason, nor do I forgive this mistake. The service experience is really bad.

The treasure hotel I encountered during this trip is a brand new five-star international hotel with good service, spacious rooms, and amazing views outside the window. The hotel is next to the Baishui River, and you can see the icy blue surging river water when you take a walk. The dinner in the restaurant is not expensive, and the taste is cooked by professional chefs. The breakfast is rich. The price is good, maybe I was lucky this time, it’s a very considerate opening price
