這次帶孩子出來玩，從黃龍回來後，孩子出現了嚴重的胸痛胸悶症狀，吸了3瓶氧氣未見好轉，此時已是晚上12點了，情急之下向前台求助。當天晚上塗經理開着自己的車陪同媽媽送孩子去醫院，急人所急，擔心她們看完病後打不到車，人生地不熟又會發生其他問題，還特意留下來在醫院急診室全程陪同。等孩子吸氧恢復元氣之後，又開車送娘倆回到酒店。
由衷感謝塗經理，感謝扎西管家，感謝叫不出名字的前台帥哥，謝謝你們，讓我們在外也感受到了安全與温暖，感恩遇見你們！

因為在山溝裏，條件是差了點，但衞生情況還可以。最重要的是酒店工作人員服務相當棒。同行夥伴嚴重高反，半夜十一點送醫院救治，酒店經理開車送去醫院，還耐心等待夥伴用完葯後，再將其接回。夥伴們，條件差可以克服，但這樣的服務能保命啊！星宇國際大酒店值得做為首選！

房間乾淨整潔，送了歡迎水果，我們一家三口訂的標準間，給小孩贈送了一份早餐，前台扎西幫忙拿行李送到酒店房間晚上還送了免費的冰粉，對我們的問題一耐心解答，九寨旅行整體服務都很到位。

1、管家扎西服務很到位，實時在線回答問題。入住時還送兩碗冰粉。
2、這家酒店距離九寨溝入口不遠，打車不到三分鐘就到景區遊客中心了。關鍵是酒店房間不吵，較為安靜且寬敞，還有小沙發可供“葛優癱”。
3、美中不足的是，浴室的衞生還可以再提升改善，洗漱完浴室內的換氣排風扇似乎不是特別給力，地板濕漉漉的——如果不鋪上地巾，腳底容易打滑。
