酒店環境好，而且有求必應，服務很不錯。長者逛完九寨溝特別累，也走不動，我問前台要一個塑料盆用來泡腳，結果前台給房間送了一個木質泡腳桶加艾草包，真的很貼心～

酒店前台服務人員非常熱心，會主動協助告知景區路程及注意事項，剛到九寨溝的時候有下雨又冷，本來想買酒店的厚外套但沒適合的尺寸，有推薦我們可以去附近超商看看~
酒店房間乾淨、設施齊全，餐廳旁邊有洗衣間，可以到前台拿洗衣液跟衣物消毒液，洗完烘衣機就在旁邊~
退房時有送小禮物，整體住宿體驗非常好❤️
