位置在九寨溝新開發的魯能酒店羣裏，康萊德和其他幾家不同的是這裏真的很安靜，房間都是獨棟的，私密感非常好。房間看出去景色也很美，前台的工作人員Jason非常熱情和周到，入住提前聯繫我們，安排好了房間和入住水果。

Very good living experience, the hotel service, room facilities and window view are all very good. The staff are warm and friendly, especially Jason at the front desk. I will recommend this hotel to friends who plan to visit Jiuzhaigou.

The environment is very good, surrounded by mountains, a scenery you have never seen before. The service staff are all very nice and enthusiastic. Jason at the front desk contacted me one day in advance to arrange a room, which was in line with my expectations. During my stay, all questions and requests were answered and satisfied in a timely manner. I have recommended it to my friends. I will come next time. Will still consider staying. The western food in the specialty restaurant on the first night was very good, and the service was also very good. The Chinese restaurant on the second night was a bit disappointing and needs to be improved. There was no air conditioning in the room. It was a bit stuffy the first night and I didn't sleep well. They said they could open the window. But the temperature dropped the next day and it was just right. The mini bar only had a few cans of carbonated drinks and no snacks.

康萊德服務很不錯，酒店設施在九寨也算出色了，房間裏非常暖和。酒店的早餐和中餐廳口味都比較柔和，適合我這種遊客的口味。Jason服務到位，提前一天就和我們聯繫告知這幾天九寨黃龍天氣偏冷，住店的幾天也隨時聯繫他。
