Atour Light Hotel Jiuzhaigou

We booked two nights and were assigned to the 4th floor. As soon as we entered, we could smell a strong smell of formaldehyde. It was definitely not suitable for children, so we asked to change rooms. We were moved to the 3rd floor. After sleeping for one night, we woke up the next morning and were told that the 3rd floor was being renovated and we had to move to the 4th floor. First, when we changed rooms for the first time, the front desk did not tell us that the renovation would be done the next day. Secondly, it was not the same front desk when we were moved to the 4th floor, which meant that there was no internal handover, otherwise they should have known that we had already changed rooms once. Finally, we had to cancel the second night's stay and move to another hotel, which wasted my precious time because we were originally scheduled to enter the ditch at 9 o'clock in the morning, but they were still processing the hotel change at 9 o'clock. In short, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

The room is very small. It is definitely not 24 square meters. I have visited other hotels of the same price, including other hotels of the same price in Chengdu and Jiuzhaigou. The environment, sanitation and room size are not good. It doesn't even look like a chain hotel. Not recommended

The hotel front desk service is not professional enough. There are rooms available but I was told I need to wait. Other aspects are very good.

The room facilities are quite old and unclean. There was no hot water in the morning. I asked the waiter and he said that hot water would be available after a while. However, there was still no hot water after more than ten minutes. When I returned to the room after breakfast in the morning, the room card did not work. The overall feeling was very bad, worse than some small hotels, which damaged the reputation of Atour.

環境不錯，離景區也近的

I have always stayed at Atour and was very satisfied. I am a loyal member of Atour. But Atour in Jiuzhaigou was disappointing. The front desk staff lacked professionalism and only played with their phones. pfangjiann
