Had a very nice brunch alongside the afternoon pool. The staff Ranjeet Singh Sodha especially was very sweet and hospitable. Loved the entire service / Hospitality and support. Definitely Recommended and will come here again. 🙌🏻🙌🏻❤️❤️❤️

It was pleasant stay , rooms are very specious , Staff at reception counter is very excellent and Ruchika was excellent in offering all the help to make our stay very good including sightseeing and shopping . All the staff including Restaurant etc were also very good , cooperative , cordial . Food Taste at restaurant is also very good.

El hotel es antiguo es una residencia real convertida en hotel. El personal es muy atento. Los mozos del Restaurant del hotel son extremadamente atentos. Más allá de eso el lugar es regular: mi habitación no fue lindas , no tenía ninguna ventana al exterior , el baño es grande y cómodo pero sin ventilación, la limpieza es sólo promedio , la comida de la noche y del desayuno también promedio muy olvidable. No volvería .

Ranbanka Palace was comfortable with a beautiful central garden for drinks and dining. We had drinks and dinner and the service was charming. There is wonderful shop selling clothing and scarves and we regretted not buying more when we were there. Our experience of shopping in India is if you see something you like buy it as you may not see it again. Good large standard rooms and pleasant staff.

The food is unbelievably good, creamy and tasty but not too spicy for tourists! The place is beautiful with spa, swimming pool, gym and more. The staff is super nice (thanks for the excellent quality service Arbaaz Ali!) and care for your stay.

The staff is excellent. Very courteous and attentive. Chief Captain, F & B Service, Mr. Ranjit Singh was particularly helpful and courteous in his service. He was attentive to our slightest need. But the rooms need to be renovated. Furniture is old and outdated.
