Room wan not clean, water tap in bathroom was leaking there are a mouse in room

No one is receiving the call on reception when needed. I have to go every time to meet the reception guy in person for every trouble. Room ac is poor. Accessories are not provided.

Rooms were not at all cleaned when we checked in. The room service was very late and not responsive at times. We had to walk to the reception for the follow up. Staff was extremely impolite and not helpful. We had a disaster stay at the hotel.

We had done booking of deluxe room and the pics shown was different. The first three pics where of cottage rooms and they showed it in deluxe room

Rooms were dirty, toilets were smelly. Infra is good but without service everything looks bad. Its rating should be revised to 2 star instead of 4 star

The stay was great. The location is bit off from the major attractions and food points. Otherwise the resort is a great place to stay. It has a good ambience. We were there on new year’s eve and there was a small party going on. The staff is also polite and helpful. There’s a restaurant in the resort. Food is okayish and quantity is less as per the charges. I would recommend staying at the place for max 2 days. Rooms are clean, washroom are clean, and the place was also well maintained.

All staffs are polite and attended the complaints immediately. Need improvement in the sewage system and ensure the expiry date of beverages.
