My friend and I made a non refundable reservation for 7 nights starting July 15th 2023 TWO months in advance on Booking. On July 13th we contacted the place asking for some info and after 12 hours we have been told that they could not have us due to renovation work in progress. They stopped answering from that point on and did not cancel our reservation. We are super disappointed.
