The hotel environment is beautiful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once before, and I wanted to experience it once. The location of the restaurant is great, the view is expansive, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the meal is also very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room I booked has two balconies with beautiful views on both sides. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous. Very recommended to stay.

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.

Stayed at HOY on a business trip and found it to be an ideal choice. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and featured a comfortable bed, spacious workspace, free Wi-Fi. The guest house offered excellent amenities, including convenient parking was a must for me, and a refreshing lounge area to do my work undisturbed. Its proximity to nearby business hubs and conference centers made commuting effortless. The staff were professional and accommodating, catering to my business needs. Celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary and everything was superb. Customer Service: greeted when we drove in by the friendliest guard with a huge smile. Easy checkin within minutes, Busi was very efficient and friendly. Room: Booked a standard room- had a bottle of wine waiting and a lovely personalized note. Room was spacious, smelt nice. You could see attention was given to the space. It was clean and smelt lemony fresh. Menu: didn't eat from the menu but browsed through, a variety of dishes and had a chuckle at the sophisticated pooch meals. Rooftop: Beautiful view, the pool is so inviting Breakfast: the dishes were fresh and well prepared. Must of had about three crossiants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay .It was a nice overnight getaway celebrating US. We were not disturbed. The hotel was busy but you couldn't hear other guests. From the time you check in to the time you check out they make you feel as though you are their only guest. Almost forgot to mention the special meet and greet from Hazel who gave us a once over and carried on.
