The hotel environment is beautiful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once before, and I wanted to experience it once. The location of the restaurant is great, the view is expansive, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the meal is also very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room I booked has two balconies with beautiful views on both sides. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous. Very recommended to stay.

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.

Stayed at HOY on a business trip and found it to be an ideal choice. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and featured a comfortable bed, spacious workspace, free Wi-Fi. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and beautifully designed, plus the bathroom was fantastic. The views from the rooftop, especially with all the jacaranda trees in bloom, were beautiful. The food was delicious, and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. An extra highlight was meeting Hazel and Maggie, the adorable rescue doggies, who added a special touch to our visit. Highly recommended!
