Best Hotel ard Jb Central.. Hotel is conveniently located beside malls, shops and eateries & very well maintaines with best views. Spaces room and public toilets. Many facilities tat will jus make u stay within the hotel.. Restaurants, Rooftop pool,ptivate Sauna in e toilets, bar with Music & even live bands. Lounge, KtV,, Mini Mart , Thai Odyssey spa and even have Naughty kinda spa for men. Bfast spread was variety and awesomely tasty. Lunch menu also was delicious. Staffs were all friendly & accomodative. This my 3rd time staying here. Loving it all.

I would definitely stay in this hotel for ease of moving around KSL mall. Can drop by without getting drench to Chao Lo dim sum , space cafe and kopithiam even if it rains heavy.. a new HK kueh shop is opening soon. The downside of the room are it doesn't equip with handheld shower. For convenience, choose this over KSL hotel that are not clean and with ants.

Location of hotel is conveniently within walking distance to shopping mall, eatery and popular snacks shops. There is a dessert restaurant within the hotel that opens till 2am.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, opposite KSL Mall. Many eateries nearby that you won't go hungry. Service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is getting nicer now than before. There is a RM$100 deposit per room and will returned when check out. Better than some hotel that charged RM$10 per room and none returnable. I will come back again when I visit JB.

Great hotel to stay and next to KSL. There is an ongoing construction of a Novotel hotel opposite it but no noisy inference. Perfect infinite pool for those swimming.

A popular hotel for family stay from Singapore Is just opposite KSL with lots of food choices and shopping The newly opened message just beside the hotel is good !

Got at a deal price. Cheap trills! Always go for hotel when I need to do things nearby. Breakfast as usual, not much changes

First time staying at Holiday Villa, and service has been great even before arriving. Made 2 separate bookings as we decided to travel 1 day earlier, emailed with request to remain in the same room for the next few days and other requests as well. All these were met upon check in. This hotel is very convenient as I am travelling with a kid. Only setback was the toilet floor (room with bath tub) is always wet after shower. Need to use towel to put on the edge of bathtub to prevent water from flowing onto the floor. Otherwise, everything else are great. Breakfast so so only.

The check in was hassle free. The room was big enough for 3 of us. However, the room table and table lamp was quite visible with dust. Also, we can hear ppl talking from the next room as the wall partition has a door on it..not very good for light sleep like us.. The breakfast was quite decent with quiet variety. The sky pool has an unblock scenic of the city. Location is superb..

Everything was good~ just that Ived opt for the queen size bed~ but they give me a combined single bed room.. which was not so comfortable for me. If they inform me earlier I’ll be glad to upgrade my room

Convenient location, next to KSL shopping Mall. Great for staying over for KSL Monday night market. Pool view was fantastic, but didnt use it coz of bad weather.

The location is superb as it is just beside KSL. Below got cafe and dessert stall open until late 2am.

Seamless check in and check out experience. My only minor concern would be the cleanliness of the bathroom floor (dust underneath the hidden corners) but otherwise everything is good. Great staff!

All good. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The only feedback is the iron in the room. I think is time to change. Its still the traditional kind where now are using those water steam iron.
